Boston Day 2

Day 2 we walked the Freedom Trail which winds through a lot of the historical parts of Boston. We saw the graveyard where Paul Revere is buried, and his house, and the church he attended. We saw other old churches, Ben Franklin's residence, Fanueil Hall and the USS Constitution (Old Ironsides). Finished off with an italian dinner in the North End.

Weather was very cooperative.

Boston Day 1

Arrived at our hotel and went into Boston for dinner. We headed off to the Quincy Market area and found an odd restaurant. The people at the next table were having a bachlorette party ... definitely that type of party restaurant. But the food was much better than expected and the waitress was super.

Afterwards we returned to find that FEMA was staying at our hotel (probably because of the floods in the nearby areas).

More Forte

Forte went to the vet this weekend and had his 12 week shots. He weighs 23 pounds. Hyden has finally decided that it might be fun to play with the puppy. Forte is very happy about this development. Weather is very icy, so the dogs can't really run outside.

Halloween

Halloween 2005. The girls took their costumes to school. Kaitlin dressed as Red Riding Hood and Brenna as Dorothy (from the Wizard of Oz). Margot made both costumes. The girls decorated outside and we carved pumpkins the night before. Renee and Richard came over and Mia took the part of Toto for the trip through Kenmore.
