Seattle is definitely a more dog friendly city than Ottawa. Forte and Luna aren't well behaved enough to take advantage of this, but I see dogs in lots of places like malls and stores. Also, dogs are allowed at work. It's nice to see them in the office ... often hanging out in cubes behind a little dog fence.
